- Responsible to handle/ follow up deviation issues cases for own clients/transports.
- Coordinate work with other Kuehne+Nagel products/offices/departments/team nationally to optimize workflow and maintain high client loyalty.
- Participate in client continuous improvements in accordance with company vision, strategy and mission.
- Secure proper and high quality internal and external reporting and system registration, FSL closure and other relevant reporting.
- Proactively seek to learn, understand and act as an advisor on logistics and forwarding solutions for clients and the respective market/ industry.
- Represent the company in internal, external and relevant virtual forums.
- Understand, follow and promote Kuehne+Nagel Code of Conduct
- Report to Ohio Valley, Air Logistics Manager
- Shifts: Monday- Friday 8:30 am-5pm (onsite)
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ year of Air Logistics
- 1+ year of Customer Service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft 365
