Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Electrical Foreman to lead our team in executing electrical projects. In this role, you will oversee electrical crews, ensuring efficient task completion, maintaining safety standards, and providing strong leadership.   • Lead and manage electrical crews, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget while meeting quality standards.
  • Organize, plan, and prioritize tasks to meet project timelines.
  • Conduct on-site inspections to ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality requirements.
  • Interpret electrical blueprints, diagrams, and specifications to plan and install electrical systems.
  • Install, test, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems as required.
  • Provide technical support, guidance, and training to electricians and helpers.
  • Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure project goals are met and address any changes or challenges as they arise.
Required Experience and Skills:
  • At least 5 years of experience in electrical foreman roles (preferred).
  • In-depth knowledge of both low and high voltage electrical systems.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Comprehensive understanding of mechanical systems and facilities management.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
  • Familiarity with electrical codes, regulations, and safety procedures.
