- This position follows a hybrid work model, with approximately 60% of time spent onsite and 40% remote. Onsite responsibilities are primarily based at 8170 33rd Avenue South, Bloomington, MN.
- Consulting across HealthPartners on the current and future architectural vision, digital integration, and service outcomes that underpin HealthPartners business ecosystem.
- Identifying technology, healthcare, and economic trends and assessing the digital impact to HealthPartners services.
- Leading architectural planning and building of a business-driven enterprise architecture; focusing on providing valued business outcomes.
- Communicating and enabling decisions about the impact of emerging technologies for technology enabled business models and operating models.
- Creating visibility and value impact of execution barriers.
- Providing scenario planning analysis and recommendations based on the greatest potential for successful business outcomes.
- Developing future state models of information and technology architecture.
- Promoting value driven digital solutions across HealthPartners for greater HealthPartners outcomes.
- Providing analytics and ongoing metrics for improved value-driven decision making.
- Ensuring defined standards, usable technical standards, identifying where compliance must be non-negotiable vs. flexibility and experimentation.
- Remediating technology problems via an integrated architecture across IT domains.
- Preparing and managing/monitoring budgets and expenditures; analyzing variances, authorizing expenditures, and establishing budgetary controls.
- Supervising staff, which includes having the authority to hire, transfer, lay off, promote, discipline and discharge, train, reward, and review performance of employees. Ensures compliance to organizational and departmental policies and procedures.
- Managing vendors, both project-based and staff-augmentation.
- May provide supervision, training, and oversight to dotted-line reporting relationships.
