We are currently seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support our clinical team by assisting with medication-related tasks and ensuring an exceptional patient experience. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about helping patients navigate their healthcare needs.Key Responsibilities:Deliver excellent customer service to patients, providers, and pharmacy partnersProcess medication refill requests and prior authorizations using the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systemAssist patients in accessing pharmaceutical assistance programsMaintain, monitor, and track the dispensing of on-site medication samplesBuild and maintain relationships with pharmaceutical representativesField incoming calls from pharmacies to provide prescription clarifications, refill authorizations, and medication interaction supportRespond to patient phone calls regarding medication questions, concerns, or messages for the providerPerform general administrative duties as requested by physicians and office managersQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent requiredActive Pharmacy Technician license (must be maintained in good standing)Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical principles, medical terminology, and insurance payor requirementsExcellent communication skills and a welcoming, patient-first attitudeAbility to work both independently and as part of a collaborative teamWillingness to travel to satellite offices as neededPowered by JazzHR
