The Prior Authorization Specialist will be responsible for accurately submitting authorizations, following up with payers, and appealing denials as required. Additional duties will include maintaining the accuracy of patient files including written and computer documentation and assists the patient/guarantor in claim payment.We offer a generous benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and a caring work environment. Prior authorization experience with home health/home care and Pathways is a plus. Preferred applicants will demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills and have experience with word and excel.
