  • Evaluate current inbound sales and marketing strategy.
  • Evaluate current sales process, length, and size.
  • Develop strategies to optimize sales process and efficiency.
  • Manage relationships with current clients to increase revenue.
  • Grow customer base within the semiconductor market - and utilize network to bring new clients in.
  • Help define sales and marketing goals and metrics.
  • Take over an independent sales representative group. Build and lead a team if applicable based on new sales strategy and continue to serve in a player coach capacity.
  • Become a a subject mater expert in custom built material handling solutions.
  • Build out both direct and / or channel sales models as you see fit.
  • Cultivate and build outstanding customer first relationships on a global scale.
  • Travel to meet client.
  • Be a integral building block of company 1 3 and 5 year planning.

  • Bachelor's degree in technical field, engineering, mathematics or related field desired.
  • 5-10 years in technical sales.
  • 2+ years selling into semiconductor companies is desired.
  • Experience in automation, machinery, or material handling a big plus.
  • Experience selling high value custom manufactured solutions a big plus.
  • Experience strategizing, building or leading a sales team desired.
  • Ability to optimize inbound sales strategy and build outbound sales strategy.
  • Ability to set realistic sales goals and metrics.
  • Ability to work with, manage and help implement Salesforce system.
Our client is a subsidiary of a global market leader in lifts and custom material handling machinery. They made a recent acquisition providing a start up opportunity with a well established market leader. They were just purchased and are looking for a Key Account Manager to manage and grow their existing customer base.This is a technical sales position not a commodity sell, their solutions are custom.
  • Must be commutable to Douglasville GA area.
  • Hybrid working model
  • 20-30% travel to clients - most domestic some international
  • $120-140k base + 30% annual bonus
