Kforce has a client that is seeking a Director of Software Development in Irvine, CA. Overview: The Company is a Global Leader in delivering Real-Time Industrial IoT Enterprise SaaS Solutions for Enterprise Asset, Inventory, and Field Services. Our software and hardware technology provide the clear, accurate and dependable visibility for our world class clients, with the best data intelligence and analytics available in the marketplace. Our Spend Management suite of products provides AP automation services for Enterprise clients as well. Our solutions mobilize any enterprise with unprecedented levels of real-time information and business intelligence, so management has real-time visibility into every action and transaction within the enterprise and among its partners, customers and suppliers. We are looking for a highly motivated, self-starter to lead our development team for our enterprise software solutions. This Director role will oversee the technical application design, construction and implementation for assigned accounts and projects as well as act as a Scrum Master and Sprint Planner and oversight to make sure all tasks are on time and on schedule. Tasks also include performance management of developers on completion of assignments.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
