  • Join the Mars Global Internal Audit Team, helping to assess risk and problem solve.
  • Jump right into the Global IT Audit Team and work closely with Internal Audit Managers to execute IT focused audits. As a private company, our work is more hands on than average.
  • Lead with your digitization skills by wrangling data and interrogating it for the secret insights it holds.
  • Help execute against audit project plans, perform controls testing, and look for gaps and patterns in risk and control data.
  • Present your work and share knowledge within Internal Audit and the business though presentations and reports.
  • Effectively communicate, both orally and in written form are essential. Your ability to problem-solve and deal with ambiguity will be imperative for success in this role.
  • The role provides opportunity to participate in operational and strategic IT audits and consulting projects across Mars Segments globally.

  • Eligible candidates will intern the summer prior to their final graduation date (typically rising seniors, or accounting students with a planned fifth year)
