Make a difference - for us and for your future.Position Title: Retail Channel Optimization Data AnalystBusiness Unit: RetailReports to: Retail Channel Optimization ManagerPosition Overview:This position is primarily responsible for providing services to internal customers, including senior leadership, by analyzing complex problems, discovering insights and identifying opportunities through the use of geospacial information systems, internal and external data, market demographic analysis, and statistical data and visualization techniques.Primary Responsibilities:Supports Retail Channel (Branch & ATM) Optimiztion strategic planning needs including development, production, maintenance and documentation of results and methodologies.Conducts detailed analysis of FNB current and future market needs and communicates results to relevant parties and authors reports containing actionable recommendations.Develops and applies expertise in areas such as geospatial information systems, branch performance metrics, data mining and statistical analysis.Plans and executes data collection methods for specific projects and determines the types of data and criteria to be used.Fields requests for reporting and analysis as needed.Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.All employees have the responsibility and the accountability to serve as risk managers for their businesses by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing and monitoring the risk they encounter daily as required by F.N.B.
