This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the growth and success of our brand.Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Support company marketing initiatives and ensure all content and marketing messaging adheres to branding and communication guidelines
  • Develop content for website, company blog, social media, press releases, case studies, email marketing campaigns, and other initiatives
  • Create and maintain collateral for company utilization, including pitch decks, PowerPoint decks, company letterheads, communication templates, etc.
  • Coordinate and manage the production of marketing materials, ensuring they are on-brand and aligned with campaign objectives
  • Develop marketing campaigns and initiatives across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media that help grow awareness, familiarity, and perception of the company to help drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content, including written materials, visuals, videos, and multimedia assets and to ensure alignment of marketing activities with overall business goals
  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies and campaigns to support organizational objectives
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of communication campaigns and provide actionable insights for improvement
  • Manage the company website, including redesign and ongoing updates using WordPress and Wix
  • Monitor website metrics, including visits, unique visitors, leads, etc.; Utilize SEO best practices to optimize website content and improve organic search rankings
  • Supports RFP process including timeline, sales approach, creative input, writing/editing, versioning, adherence to company positioning, messaging and brand standards, and basic proposal design using standard templates
  • Assist with creation of a proposal template to include company information, leadership team, project/job details, etc.
  • Manage creative assets for proposal responses and integrated marketing use (graphics, photography, team bios, standard copy, etc.)
  • Review all completed proposals for consistent formatting before distribution
  • Develop and manage the company Newsletter by collecting internal information such as photos, project updates, employee stories, writing content, etc.
  • Assist in managing and scheduling social media posts across platforms in accordance with social media posting and branding guidelines
  • Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and engagement, and respond in a timely and appropriate manner
  • Collect and analyze data related to social media marketing campaigns. Assist in identifying appropriate social media channels for specific business needs, and tailor campaigns to the target audience
  • Track performance of various social media initiatives and develop/implement changes to improve business results
  • Manage budgets and timelines for marketing initiatives to ensure timely execution and delivery
  • Act as a brand ambassador and facilitate collection of noteworthy work activity and successes for use in internal and external marketing and communication
  • Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in communication, content marketing, and digital media
  • Other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities
  • 4-6 years of marketing experience (preferably in a large corporate setting)
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
  • Solid business acumen, critical thinking, problem solving, and organizational skills
  • Expertise in digital and social media; Strong knowledge of social media advertising platforms and analytics tools
  • Excellent writing/editing skills and ability to communicate persuasively and concisely
  • Ability to produce, and edit effective presentations and communications
  • Exceptional project management skills; proven success in managing project scopes that include brand and creative development, email, website, social, collateral, media, signage, research, and measurement
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and WordPress; working knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and Illustrator
  • Understanding of employer branding, reputation management, analytics and metrics, lead generation, and other areas of marketing
  • Strong analytical skills with some experience in data analysis
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to solve problems with a creative, flexible, and resourceful approach
  • Expert time management and organizational skills with ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
