- Driving technical solution design by analyzing existing infrastructure, designing cloud architecture solutions, and creating detailed migration plans that address complex requirements around performance, security, and compliance.
- Enhancing technical implementation capabilities by conducting in-depth systems analysis, designing integration solutions between cloud and on-premises systems, and documenting architectural blueprints.
- Providing specialized technical advisory through expert consultation on complex migration scenarios, troubleshooting critical challenges, and delivering knowledge transfer to internal teams.
- Optimizing cloud deployments by identifying opportunities to leverage cloud-native services, recommending architectural improvements, and developing solutions for high-availability environments.
- Implementing migration best practices by establishing controls, ensuring regulatory compliance, and applying security standards throughout the migration process.
- Managing stakeholder relationships by communicating migration status to leadership, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and building consensus around migration strategies and timelines.
- This SETA role provides technical and programmatic support to government teams by translating mission needs into technical requirements, managing those requirements, and shaping strategic program direction. Responsibilities include contract support (SOWs, RFPs, cost proposals), performance monitoring, stakeholder coordination, and communicating complex concepts through reports, meetings, and senior-level briefings. The team ensures projects stay on track by overseeing cost, schedule, and performance.
- Experience possessing in-depth knowledge of cloud migration.
- Experience with providing technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications and operational environments, high-level systems analysis, design, integration, documentation and implementation advice on exceptionally complex problems.
- US Citizenship is required.
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
- Senior Level:
- High School Diploma/GED + 10 years of experience OR Associate's degree + 8 years of experience OR Bachelor's degree + 6 years of experience OR Master’s Degree + 4 years of experience OR PhD + 2 years of experience
- Compensation: $117,800 - $184,100
- Expert Level:

- Compensation: $142,600 - $222,850
- IC experience is highly desirable.
- Experience with having successfully demonstrated the ability to independently conduct the appropriate analysis to offer recommendations, solutions, and alternatives to resolve issues, concerns, problems, or methods.
- Experience in establishing strong working relationships with program managers as well as organization leadership; tracking task order efforts to rapidly identify and resolve potential and new problems; and identifying and resolving administrative and contractual issues related to a support services contract.
- Ability to solve problems in a rapidly changing environment, and interface with customers directly.
- Strong understanding of intelligence disciplines, methodologies, and the intelligence cycle.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and team environment.

The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.
