We have proudly been in business for 15+ years and we have become one of the most reputable/trusted brands in our space.Position Overview: The Director of Finance, Shared Services will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing shared services finance activities for the organization. This includes resource allocation, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and financial reporting. The Director of Finance will also be responsible for driving cost savings initiatives and process improvements.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead all aspects of the organizations shared services finance operations, including resource allocation, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and financial reporting.
  • Manage the organizations financial processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Develop and implement cost saving initiatives and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify process improvements and cost savings opportunities.
  • Analyze financial data and present monthly and quarterly financial reports to management.
  • Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets.
  • Assist with developing strategies to reduce operating costs and improve profitability.
  • Provide financial analysis and guidance to support the organizations long-term strategies.
  • Stay up to date on changes in the industry and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience working in Shared Services
  • Strong knowledge of financial processes and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • MBA or other advanced degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (nice to have).
  • Experience in an industrial setting (nice to have).
