- Conduct site visits to assess community water and wastewater needs
- Prepare detailed engineering reports, including system design, cost estimates, and project timelines
- Plan, permit, and design water and wastewater projects, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate project schedules and deliverables
- Work with clients, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer license in the state of Pennsylvania
- 7+ Years of experience in environmental engineering, with a focus on water and wastewater projects
- Compensation Range of $110-125k, dependent on years of experience and PE (would entertain potentially higher if a more experienced candidate with the right skillset came along)
- Hybrid work arrangement – able to work from home once trained

- Employee B – 40 years of age with spouse and children living in York PA: CSD provides an allowance of $2,220 per month for insurance.
- Employee C – 32 years of age with spouse living in York PA: CSD provides an allowance of $968.00 per month for insurance

- Negotiable on vacation (we would offer for this candidate 3 or 4 weeks to start)

- Sick time benefits: 48 hours earned every year, accrued. Once you hit 200 hours of sick time, the excess can be either rolled over into vacation OR paid out at the end of the year
