Main Duties & Responsibilities:Primary Job RoleConducts all assigned work in a safe manner, adhering to all applicable safety, environmental and contamination control policies, procedures and regulations. Wears and enforces wearing proper personal protective equipment.Assists in performing preventive maintenance to include changing fluids, filters, pulling SOS Samples, lubricating and cleaning components, and starting equipment to test performance.Actively learns how to effectively communicate with Field Maintenance Dispatcher and customers to aid in scheduling out workweek to deliver on time PM's.Actively learns how to supply all required information, supporting documentation, and photos to the Preventive Maintenance Dispatcher for repairs and additional services identified during scheduled preventive maintenance visits.Maintains flexibility of schedule to work nights and weekends as required.Actively learns how to work in a neat and orderly fashion, adhering to contamination control guidelines and constantly looking for ways of improving the methods of work, work area, and safety standards.Actively learns how to perform daily truck inspections in adherence to all MSHA and OSHA requirements.Performs other duties as assigned.Essential Job CompetenciesSafety: fully supports, encourages and follows safe work behavior, and considers safety of paramount importance in the workplace.Job Specific Skills: Demonstrates the required depth and mastery of knowledge and skill associated with the job as identified in the Learning Management System (LMS) and other applicable sources.
