This role is responsible for developing candidate pipelines, collaborating with organizational leaders, and maintaining an effective and streamlined recruitment process. Key responsibilities include working closely with hiring managers to define position requirements, evaluating candidates, and providing expertise in recruitment best practices.Essential Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a high volume of requisitions throughout the organization.
  • Responsible for screening applicants, coordinate interview logistics (including scheduling and managing interview materials), and overseeing the selection process.
  • Identify and implement recruitment methods and strategies that align with business objectives and industry standards.
  • Maintain professional relationships with candidates to support effective and positive recruitment experience for applicants and hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Use relevant metrics to inform hiring and workforce planning initiatives in partnership with hiring departments and HR Business Partners.
  • Work with human resources staff and hiring managers during the offer stage to determine salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other employment details.
  • Provide regular updates on recruiting activities to key stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
  • Participate in college and university career fairs as appropriate, deliver on-campus presentations, and engage with academic staff at various locations.
  • Ensure all recruiting practices comply with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
Supporting Responsibilities:
  • Meet department and company performance and attendance expectations.
  • Follow the PacificSource privacy policy and HIPAA laws and regulations concerning confidentiality and security of protected health information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
SUCCESS PROFILEWork Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in full lifecycle recruiting required. Experience successfully managing a case load or pipeline heavily reliant on process adherence required. Experience with time management as well as excellent written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills required.Education, Certificates, Licenses: Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, organizational development, psychology, or relevant major, or equivalent years of additional relevant experience in lieu of degree required.Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication as well as the ability to work at every level of the organization. Exceptional organization skills with high attention to detail. Exceptional customer service skills and desire to create extraordinary candidate experience.
