Lead day-to-day operations of the manufacturing site, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are met.
Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives focused on lean manufacturing, efficiency, and waste reduction.
Mentor and manage a team of supervisors, engineers, and production staff to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
Drive KPIs and metrics tracking to support strategic decision-making.
Partner with senior leadership on production planning, capital projects, and long-term growth strategies.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (MBA a plus).
7+ years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proven track record of leading teams, driving operational improvements, and managing cross-functional initiatives.
Deep understanding of lean principles, Six Sigma, and modern manufacturing practices.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
