Serve as a hands-on lead for an OIC team of 8 or more developers. Drive day-to-day execution, unblock the team, and keep work moving while contributing your own code. Partner with the current program lead on priorities, standards, and the OIC Gen2 to Gen3 migration.Responsibilities
- Run daily team ceremonies and workflow. Manage assignments, unblock issues, and keep delivery on track
- Contribute hands-on to OIC builds 50 to 70 percent of the time across HCM and Financials
- Pair program, perform design and code reviews, and coach developers on mappings, patterns, and error handling
- Translate business and configuration changes into actionable dev tasks for Global HR, Recruiting, GL, AP, AR, Assets, and Projects
- Build and tune app-driven, scheduled, and file-based integrations. Optimize payloads, paging, chunking, and ERP imports
- Create and refine BI Publisher extracts, HDL and FBDI based loads used in integration flows
- Configure and monitor connectivity to ATP or DBCS, Object Storage, SFTP, and third-party endpoints. Maintain agent health
- Implement and enforce practical logging, retry logic, and alerting. Contribute to the error hospital playbook
- Support Gen2 to Gen3 migration waves. Execute discovery, remediation, and cutover tasks as assigned. Surface risks early
- Document designs, runbooks, and support procedures. Promote changes through environments with basic CI or gated checklists
- Coordinate onshore and nearshore contributors. Provide clear status and ETAs to the program lead and stakeholders
- 7+ years in enterprise integrations with 5+ years in Oracle Integration Cloud
- Proven experience guiding teams day to day while delivering your own code
- Strong OIC skills across app-driven orchestrations, scheduled jobs, and file flows
- Fusion HCM experience for Global HR and Recruiting and Fusion Financials across GL, AP, AR, Assets, and Projects
- BI Publisher extracts and HDL or FBDI load processes for integration use cases
- OIC agent setup and operations with ATP or DBCS, Object Storage, and SFTP
- Solid observability and error handling practices with actionable logs and alerts
- Working knowledge of identity and security for integrations, including IDCS, OAuth 2.0, SAML, and role-based access
- Clear communication, pragmatic coaching style, and steady delivery under time pressure
- Exposure to Visual Builder for lightweight UIs supporting integrations
- Familiarity with spreadsheet or Smart View style templates feeding loads
- Understanding of OCI compartments, policies, and audit
- Experience in Gen2 to Gen3 migrations
