Duration: 9 monthsDuties:Act as a resilient Business Analyst with ADM skills, serving as a functional consultant within the business domain.Lead requirement gathering sessions, perform requirement analysis, and prepare detailed documentation.Conduct impact analysis and gap analysis to assess changes and dependencies.Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and users to define business needs and ensure alignment with project objectives.Perform process mapping and use case mapping to translate business requirements into actionable specifications.Analyze business cases and collaborate with technical and vendor teams to ensure requirements are implemented effectively.Serve as liaison between business lines and development teams to ensure clarity and accuracy of requirements.Skills:Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex business concepts.Solid SQL background with working knowledge of ETL processes.Strong understanding and hands-on experience with SDLC methodologies.Proficiency in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.Ability to manage workshops, perform gap analysis, and create process/use case models.Nice to Have: Familiarity with MongoDB.Experience:Proven experience as a Business Analyst with exposure to ADM (Application Development & Maintenance) environments.Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder expectations and bridge the gap between business and technical teams.Experience working with SQL and ETL processes.Track record of facilitating requirement workshops and delivering high-quality documentation.Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.CTG does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee based recruitment services for this role.To Apply:
