Responsible for some aspects of the sales incentives management process with a keen focus on accuracy, timeliness, and completeness as well as jumping onto ad-hoc projects as needed. Identify transactions with special sales crediting in line with a Sales Incentive Program, calculate sales incentive payment based on prescribed template to support a Sales Incentive Program and a Sales Incentive Plan, load weekly and monthly transactions data into commission system for preliminary and final sales incentive payout processing.Minimum Requirements:-
- 2+ years' experience working in Sales Incentives Operations - sales crediting validation, payout calculation, plan administration, etc.
- Intermediate Excel Skills - formulas/functions, vlookup, pivot tables, etc.
- Accountable with high attention to detail in a fast paced environment.
- SAP Commissions (Callidus) experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with SaaS business metrics is preferred.
- Positive attitude with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and able to drive results independently.
