Now hiring! Trade Control Specialist AmericaSouthfield, MI - HybridCome create chemistry with us!We are seeking a team player with solid communication and technical skills to grow in an exciting role in our compliance team!What you'll do:

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and maintaining the necessary permits
Perform Trade Control license management in SAP GTS
Monitor and investigate SPL (Sanction & Party List) screening and ensure resolution of potential blocks.
Support management of export-controlled components and preparation and submission of reports to relevant authorities in the Americas
Key guidance and training to business units, enhancing their understanding of compliance issues and trade control procedures
Support the review and enhancement of Trade Control processes, focusing on simplification and digitalization

What we're seeking:

Bachelor or master degree in natural science or business administration
Professional experience in the field of trade control
Understanding of supply chain operations and basic knowledge of the business unit's portfolio
Well-versed in IT applications, with good knowledge in SAP GTS and a strong interest in digitalizing compliance processes
