Practice Area: Labor & Employment LawDirect Counsel is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate with 2 to 4 years of experience to join a prestigious Am Law 100 firm in their Labor & Employment practice group. This is an exciting opportunity to work with high-profile national clients on challenging and dynamic employment litigation and advisory matters.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle a broad range of employment litigation matters, including drafting and responding to discovery , initial pleadings , and substantive motion practice .Manage depositions and related litigation responsibilities.Provide employment advisory services to clients.Manage multiple priorities, consistently demonstrate attention to detail , and assume a high degree of responsibility .QualificationsEducation: J.D. from a top-tier law school with excellent academic credentials .Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in employment litigation , including drafting pleadings, managing discovery, and employment advisory matters.Skills: Strong analytical , verbal , and written communication skills .State Bar Admission: Must be admitted to the State Bar of California .Other: A self-starter with a team-oriented attitude and a strong work ethic.Work Environment & CompensationSalary Range: $210,000 to $250,000 (actual salary will depend on experience, qualifications, and other factors).Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance , 401(k) , and professional development opportunities .This is a challenging and rewarding role for an associate looking to grow their career in a dynamic environment with high-profile national clients .
