  • Develop, implement, and defend arm’s-length transfer pricing policies.
  • Conduct financial and functional analyses to support tax planning solutions.
  • Support M&A activities, including due diligence, strategy development, and post-acquisition integration.
  • Research and prepare transfer pricing opinions across a wide range of matters.
  • Build and maintain BEPS-compliant transfer pricing models to mitigate risk.
  • Support intercompany transactions, model outcomes of cross-border arrangements, and prepare recommendations.
  • Prepare and oversee IP valuations, legal entity valuations, and required documentation.
  • Manage compliance for intercompany transactions and respond to audits and transfer pricing controversies.
  • Communicate strategies, policies, and results to senior management and auditors.
  • Lead and manage projects in complex, fast-paced environments, working with external consultants and auditors.
  • Monitor and assess developments in US/OECD tax and transfer pricing regulations to identify risks and opportunities.
Requirements:Qualifications & Experience
  • 10+ years of relevant transfer pricing or economic analysis experience (consulting, legal, or multinational corporate environment).
  • Proven expertise in econometrics, data analysis, time-series forecasting, regression modeling, and financial modeling.
  • Advanced degree preferred (Master’s or PhD in Economics, Finance, or related discipline).
  • Proficiency in Excel, AI tools, Alteryx, Bloomberg, and handling large data sets.
  • Strong research, analytical, and quantitative skills with high attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated success in transfer pricing audit defense and strategy development.
