Payroll Support and Implementation Specialist

- Successfully complete assigned training courses utilizing the iSolved University system
- Implement MWG solutions to new clients and ensure client satisfaction and retention through timely solution delivery within the client defined timelines.
- Interact with client and agent support team for at least the first two production processes and until the client is successfully running the MWG solutions. Provide product support.
- Provide product demo support to Outside Agents and MWG Producers.
- Participate in project planning and project coordination with the Payroll Solutions team
- Maintain, and apply company Policies & Procedures.
- Maintain records and files (upload to software) for applicable requirements.
- Maintain a professional level of understanding of payroll and tax rules.
- Confirm the proper supporting documents are on record and are readily available for research, audits and review.
- Perform all operations in accordance with company policies, procedures, and processes. Make recommendations when needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Payroll Supervisor, VP of Payroll Solutions, or President of Business Solutions.
- High School Diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree in accounting is preferred.
- Mandatory 1 year of experience in data entry preferably payroll experience
- Previous experience working with Payroll software systems is preferred.
- Previous experience in Accounting or related field is a plus.
- Must be proficient in computer skills and have strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Windows, Excel, Teams, and Word.
- Must have above an average capability using formulas and pivot tables in Microsoft Excel.
- Must possess time management, organizational, problem solving, and customer service skills.
- Must be able to work well under pressure with multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Must be able to multitask while maintaining attention to details.
- Must be able to perform in a very high paced environment and professionally handle interruptions.
- Must be able to prioritize tasks, work multiple projects simultaneously, and meet project deadlines.
- Must possess excellent problem-solving skills and have keen attention to details.
- Must demonstrate good written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.

- May be required to work remotely during times of inclement weather or when the office is closed.
- Must possess sight and hearing senses or use prosthetics that will enable these senses to function adequately so that the requirements of the position as stated above can be fully met.
- Must be able to bend, stretch, reach, and sit or stand at a desk during 85% of the workday.
- Must be able to lift, stoop, and carry small equipment items and supplies, possibly weighing up to 20lbs.
