- This position will serve as an Informatica Administrator on work efforts for Truist’s Web Engineering team. This individual will be under limited supervision. As a part of this organization, the individual will be responsible for design, integration, installation, testing, configuration, and support of solutions within Truist’s Informatica PowerCenter product area. This position will author organization-wide standards, procedures, and processes to optimize the overall efficiency, health and effectiveness of the associated services provided by the web engineering Informatica application team. This position will perform installation, configuration, security audits, system maintenance, upgrades, and serve as the escalation point for incident management and problem management. The position should have a balanced combination of intermediate to advanced level administration, design, and security experience in Informatica PowerCenter and related technologies. This position is highly technical in nature and at times requires off-shift, on-call, and weekend work. The on premise infrastructure includes AIX 7.2 operating systems on Power 8 servers, and several supporting database platforms (DB2, Oracle, SQLServer and others as required). On premise implementations will utilize VM based solutions.
- Assist the Solution Architects as required; contribute to the development of Infrastructure Blueprints (IBP, High level and Low level designs).
- Perform project initiation activities including general requirements gathering and documentation, contributing to project status meetings.
- Provide project manager/planner with the appropriate tasks, dependencies, and durations when involved in the planning phase of the project.
- Perform what is required to deliver tasks on time, assuming dependencies are met.
- Represent the web engineering Informatica admins team in a professional and productive manner when on work effort meetings; providing status updates and value add information relative to the effort.
- Identify and communicate project complications or roadblocks in a manner to reduce delays to project timelines.
- Develop and cultivate strong relationships with internal CT&O teams to maximize cooperation and collaboration to achieve optimal outcome and value return from within Web Engineering Informatica team to Truist associates.
- Provide in depth technical expertise and direction in the development and support of Informatica services and systems; serve as systems integrator.
- Serve as a mentor where appropriate.
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field
2. Seven to ten years of experience in Informatica PowerCenter middleware technologies, on prem VM based solutions, (PowerCenter, PowerExchange, DataQuality)
3. Three to five years of experience in cloud implementations of Informatica PowerCenter
4. Experience with the installation, configuration, and integration of multi-environment deployments in these product areas.
