LABA requiredJob Description:
  • Willingness to use creative, interdisciplinary approaches to support clients and families
  • Create and implement treatment plans through the use of our electronic software CentralReach.
  • Excellent knowledge of ethics, standards, best practices, and regulations for the ABA clinical field.
  • Excellent communication and people skills/ aptitude in resolving issues and conflicts
  • Prior experience overseeing insurance funded services, preferred
BCBA Essential Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments, write treatment plans, progress notes and session notes
  • Coordinate, train, and supervise BTs/ RBT’s and parents; providing mentoring, support, and constructive feedback
  • Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports
  • Develop & monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans
  • Develop and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior intervention plans for children
  • Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors through the principles of ABA
  • Conduct Functional Assessments and Functional Analysis of all problem behaviors when needed and clinically warranted.
  • Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection and graph/monitor progress through visual analysis .
