- Will work closely with business units; Contract Processing, Collections, Customer Service, Accounting staff to resolve issues related so assigned business
- Research and resolution of assigned requests and effective communication of resolution to the requestor
- Ensure that Cash and billing related tasks are completed accurately and timely
- Perform quality assurance and compliance in AR related activities
- Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly cash receipt reports for management as needed Audit/check and verify deposits and investigate unapplied cash
- Audit offshore outsourcing personnel and assist in resolving and rectifying outstanding issues
- Manage the cash application process with internal staff and work with offshore staff to improve processes
- Other duties as assigned / special projects Perform various customer account reconciliation as needed

- Must be fluent in French both written and speaking
- Minimum 5+ years of finance / accounting experience in Accounts Receivable
- Previous experience researching, analyzing and solving problem payment data issues
- Must possess strong organizational skills, documentation skills and follow through
- Must be able to work independently and with little supervision – must be self directed
- Demonstrated ability to adapt and respond appropriately to evolving work demands
- Proven ability to problem solve and take appropriate actions
- Must be detail orientated with strong analytical and mathematical abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
- Demonstrated proficiency in meeting timely objectives
- Must be able to work in a fast paced dynamic environment Experience with reconciliation of bank statements and associated research
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Computer proficiency advanced (Excel, Word, Access and email software)
- Experience with Oracle AR preferred Able to interface with various levels of personnel (internal and external) Order Processing experience preferred
