This position is open to any current Radiologic Technologist students that are currently completing the program! We are looking for eager students who are interested in the urgent care setting. This position will give you the opportunity to start training while you complete the Radiologic Technologist program, and will line you up with a career at TidalHealth Immediate Care as a Rad Tech once you graduate! The MA provides initial preparation of patients prior to the providerâs encounter; assists providers in patient care activities as directed; updates/documents and records in the EHR system; relieves/assists the Patient Service Representative as needed; orders and restocks exam rooms and office supplies as needed, and assists office staff with office-specific tasks.Medical Assistant Position Requirements
Previous physician office experience preferred.
Experience with electronic health record preferred.
High School graduate or equivalent required.
Graduate of an approved Medical Assistant program preferred.
Medical Assistant certification preferred.
Medical Assistant Work Schedule
Monday through Friday, Day Shift
