We are seeking a skilled and reliable Concrete Laborer to join our crew full-time. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with placing, finishing, and repairing concrete on a variety of commercial and/or job sites. Choose from current multiple job site locations: Burley, Salmon and Eastern Idaho.Responsibilities:Pour, level, and finish concrete for slabs, curbs, sidewalks, foundations, and other structuresOperate hand tools and power equipment (trowels, screeds, floats, edgers, etc.)Set forms and prep sites for poursApply curing and sealing compounds to finished surfacesSmooth, texture, and edge surfaces based on project specsPatch and repair existing concrete as neededMaintain a clean and safe jobsite at all timesFollow directions from supervisors and collaborate with the teamQualifications:2+ years of experience in concrete finishing (preferred)Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethicAbility to work in varying weather conditions and lift 50+ lbsFamiliarity with tools and finishing techniques (broom finish, trowel, stamped, etc.)Reliable transportation and punctualitySafety-conscious and able to follow site protocolsWhat We Offer:Competitive hourly pay based on experienceConsistent, full-time work$60 Per diem for food per day depending on job site location and hotel stay is provided.Possible benefits after 90 days of employmentSchedule:Monday–Friday | 8 AM–5:00 PMOvertime and weekend work may be available depending on project schedulesDepending on project and location Hotel stay will be paid for during the weekHome on the weekendsTo apply, go to and hit apply now
