You will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive excellent support and guidance. This is a great opportunity for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within the insurance industry.Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service through phone, email, and in-person communication.
  • Respond promptly to policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims support.
  • Help educate customers on coverage options and available services.
  • Identify opportunities for referrals and cross-selling to support agency goals.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
  • Washington Property & Casualty license preferred (or ability to obtain within a set timeframe).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and multitasking skills.
  • Positive attitude and a team-first mindset.
  • Previous customer service or office experience preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Pay: $21.50-$23.00 per hour (depending on experience)
