Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.Contract Program Manager Responsibilities Include:
- Must be the contractors' representative responsible for management and coordination of all the contractors.
- Will be responsible for recruitment, screening, interviewing, and qualifying of personnel. The Program Manager must analyze the work of subordinates and take appropriate steps for retention or other personnel actions.
- Will conduct at least monthly meeting with the COR to review weekly/monthly reports, issues, etc.
- Act as the primary liaison for contractor personnel and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding of contractor personnel by federal policies.
- Oversee quality control and timely submission of Information Technology deliverables, including Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs).
- Lead the allocation and management of contractor resources to meet performance objectives.
- Ensures compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and related policies.
- Conducts market research and cost/price analysis to inform contract decisions.
- Serves as a contracting officer or contracting specialist, either directly or in oversight roles.
- Analyzes performance and contract data to identify process improvements and advise the Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
- Monitors and aligns project expenditures with financial forecasts and contractual goals.
- Ensures compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and standards.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
- An Active Secret Clearance
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
- 5-10+ years of experience managing U.S. government Information Technology based contracts and contractor personnel.
- Market research and cost analysis.
- Service as a contracting officer or specialist.
- Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven federal contracting environment.
- Strong knowledge of IM/IT systems in both physical and virtual settings.
- Experience managing and overseeing Information Technology based projects. Specifically with technologies listed below:
