Position SummaryThe Concrete Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple projects from start to finish. This includes managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, a deep understanding of concrete construction practices, and the ability to drive projects to successful completion on time and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the full project lifecycle for concrete construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and executionCoordinate with internal teams, clients, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives and client expectations are metLead project meetings to establish goals, monitor progress, and resolve any issuesMonitor and maintain project schedules and budgets, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholdersIdentify and mitigate project risks while ensuring consistent forward momentumPerform site visits to assess safety, quality, and compliance with project specifications and industry standardsEnsure all work adheres to regulatory requirements, safety standards, and environmental regulationsPrepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including budget summaries and progress reportsSupport estimating and preconstruction processes when requiredQualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, or equivalent work experienceProven experience managing concrete construction projectsIn-depth knowledge of concrete materials, methods, and industry best practicesStrong financial oversight experience with full project budget responsibilityProficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, MS Project) and Microsoft Office toolsEffective leadership, communication, and team coordination skillsOSHA certification preferredAbility to handle multiple priorities and deadlines across various project sites
