- Serve as the senior point of contact for all programmatic, contractual, and technical matters.
- Provide leadership and accountability for program management activities, including cost, schedule, and performance.
- Apply MBSE methodologies to drive systems engineering processes such as:
- Stakeholder requirements definition and system analysis.
- System and service architecture design, verification, and validation.
- Deployment, operations, maintenance, and system/service transition.
- Oversee technical enabling activities including:
- Program/project planning, assessment, and control.
- Decision management, life-cycle readiness, and risk management.
- Configuration, information, measurement, and quality assurance/IT resiliency.
- Manage organizational and program enabling activities such as:
- Acquisition support, infrastructure management, and portfolio oversight.
- Strategy development, governance, and enterprise-level support.
- Office/records management, event coordination, and continuity of operations.
- Implement earned value management (EVM), agile acquisition, and business process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary teams to achieve mission objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
- 15+ years of experience in program/project management, including leadership of large, complex programs ($100M+).
- Demonstrated expertise with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) principles and tools.
- Strong background in acquisition, requirements management, and systems engineering.
- PMP and/or ITIL certifications (or ability to obtain).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Master’s degree in Systems Engineering or related field.
- Experience managing programs in defense, intelligence, or highly technical mission environments.
- Proven ability to deliver across the full lifecycle of complex systems.
