If you’re ready to grow your career and make an impact in fintech, we have one question: Are you FIS?About the role:Executive Account Management - Strategic Account Analyst will be responsible for insights and strategy across all Enterprise teams by collaborating and leveraging all data and operational analysis that supports the overall strategic direction of Enterprise Account Management, Enterprise Sales, and Banking Renewals. This will include but is not limited to coordinating, owning, and/or producing published and ad-hoc analysis on revenue, new sales, GTM efforts, and team operations. You will work closely with Enterprise Account Managers, Enterprise sales, sales/account management leadership, renewal teams, revenue operations, Global Reporting, lines of business, and various other stakeholders to help provide insights and strategy that drive Enterprise Account Management and Enterprise Sales to better outcomes. This role will support the daily management of all Enterprise segments by providing the strategy and operational support that push the daily and quarterly strategic Enterprise direction forward.What you Will Be DoingRevenueTo own and provide insights that allows our team to better retain and grow revenue inside of our Enterprise accounts, working closely with FIS finance to appropriately report and strategically present revenue performance. This will move beyond reporting and will require analysis and insights into how we increase revenue in our top accounts.SalesProvides insight and process rigor that supports the Enterprise Account Management and Sales function across all Enterprise sales teams related to new business. Will also support the alignment between Enterprise teams and GTM sales strategy by providing the right insights that correctly informs and defines this motion.Segment/Individual Team supportOwnership of the insights and administration of team performance and function as it relates to all team KPIs and the procedures that support those KPIs.ToolingWhere appropriate, the roll out and adoption of value-add tooling to support the Enterprise Account Management and Enterprise Sales function.Program ManagementSupport the general strategy and direction of all of our Enterprise teams and the underlying programs and processes that make it successfulWhat you will need:3-5+ years of industry experienceStrong grasp of competitive landscapeDeep understanding of key institutions in the industryExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to create and shape market facing messaging and positioning.Excellent program management and process management skillsComfortable working in fast paced, deadline oriented environmentStrong data management skills (Excel, Tableau, etc)Added bonus if you have:Broad knowledge of FIS products and servicesNo direct sales experience required but preferredUnderstanding of FIS internal data and reporting systemsWhat we offer you:At FIS, we are as committed to growing our employees’ careers as our own business. The pay range for this full-time position is $75,590.00 - $123,220.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
