  • Perform provisioning and activation tasks with precision and consistency.
  • Follow step-by-step procedures to ensure error-free operations.
  • Operate and test on mobile devices as part of daily tasks.
  • Document processes and report any issues or inconsistencies.
  • Assist in troubleshooting minor technical problems with devices.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Participate in training sessions to learn new tools or processes.
  • Contribute ideas for improving workflow and accuracy.
What do you bring to DOOR?
  • Degree or certification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related technical fields from a vocational or technical school.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow repetitive steps without error.
  • Comfort with using and navigating smartphones and mobile devices.
  • Eagerness to learn and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Good communication skills and ability to document work clearly.
  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks.
