- Effectively manage inventory ensuring accuracy through cycle counts, frequent inventory projects, and product restock
- Manage day-to-day operations of inventory control
- Root-cause analysis when problems are identified
- Proactive communication with operations and accounting teams, escalate priority issues in timely manner
- Loss Prevention
- Responsible for timely and complete processing of all transactions to ensure accuracy (e.g. transfer orders, adjustments, counts, replenishments)
- Responsible for the management of multiple virtual warehouses, including damaged inventory, custom inventory, and FBA inventory
- Training and SOP development for the department
- Inventory replenishment includes:
- Daily restock
- Maintain aisle/pick bin organization and cleanliness
- Reporting requirements to hit or exceed budget expectations
- Inventory counts include:
- Daily bin-level counting
- Annual or bi-annual counts
- Reconciliation
- Reporting requirements to hit or exceed budget expectations
- Assist with regular equipment maintenance and cleanliness.
- Ensure compliance with safety codes, policies, and procedures of Shinesty and standards established by OSHA.
- Assist with purchase order receiving, wholesale orders, or fulfillment duties as required by the business needs.

- Intermediate Microsoft Office experience, specifically Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to efficiently navigate through an app-based handheld (similar to a cell phone)

- This position may require long periods of standing
