
Sales Account Executive– Ohio

- Drive new business development within the Ohio market.
- Partner with operations and marketing to execute strategic growth plans that align with Eurofins Environment Testing’s business objectives.
- Own and deliver on regional sales revenue targets.
- Drive revenue growth by building and expanding relationships with environmental consulting firms, industrial clients, and other key market segments.
- Conduct regular on-site client visits to develop new opportunities and strengthen partnerships (travel required).
- Develop and implement territory-specific marketing and sales strategies to achieve aggressive growth targets.
- Collaborate with the Executive Director of Sales to engage and grow national accounts in your region.
- Partner with Eurofins marketing teams to launch regional initiatives and highlight our unique value in environmental testing.
- Leverage Eurofins’ unmatched capabilities — from industry-leading PFAS turnaround times to the nation’s highest TCLP capacity — to deliver client solutions that competitors can’t match.
- BS/BA required (preferably in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related field); MBA a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
- Laboratory or environmental industry experience strongly preferred.
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
- Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including the ability to read, write and speak in English.
- Proven ability to grow sales in a competitive, B2B environment; experience in environmental consulting or laboratory services strongly preferred.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to build and own your territory with an emphasis on prospecting new targets with growth potential.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- The ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to travel around the territory up to 50% of your time.
