- Ensure simulators and systems operate efficiently by performing regular maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with engineers.
- Collaborate with technology partners to maintain seamless system functionality and performance.
- Oversee the upkeep of the venue's infrastructure, ensuring all facility systems, including lighting, HVAC, and general maintenance, are operating effectively.
- Keep stakeholders informed with detailed technical and facility status updates and reports.
- Conduct training sessions to equip team members with essential technical and facility-related knowledge.
- Oversee stock levels, track equipment usage, and manage ordering for all technology and facility-related supplies.
- Perform routine audits to uphold the integrity and reliability of all technology and facility systems.
- Take ownership of creating and maintaining the schedule for the Technology and Facilities team, ensuring appropriate coverage and alignment with operational needs.
- Experience: A minimum of three years in technology management within guest-facing environments is required.
- Operational Management: Demonstrated ability to manage technology and facilities in high-pressure, live operational settings.
- Leadership & Team Development: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to team development and mentorship.
- Attention to Detail & Organization: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment..
