Join us!Job Description:This job is responsible for developing and delivering complex requirements to accomplish business goals. Key responsibilities of the job include ensuring that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional and compliance requirements, coding solutions, unit testing, and ensuring the solution can be integrated successfully into the overall application/system with clear, robust, and well-tested interfaces. Job expectations include an awareness of development and testing practices in the industry.Responsibilities:Codes solutions and unit test to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirementsUtilizes multiple architectural components (across data, application, business) in design and development of client requirementsPerforms Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI-CD) activitiesContributes to story refinement and definition of requirementsParticipates in estimating work necessary to realize a story/requirement through the delivery lifecycleContributes to existing test suites (integration, regression, performance), analyze test reports, identify any test issues/errors, and triage the underlying causePerforms spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideasRequired Qualifications:Application development with 3+ years of experience in Spring Framework IOC and AOP, Java, J2EE, Oracle, SQL, Web Services, Rest Services, XML, JSON.Expertise in Oracle, PL/SQL, Java, Hibernate, Webservices (SOAP and REST), Messaging, Spring, Spring batch and other Spring related technologies.Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must.Good analytical skills, flexibility and the ability to adapt to emerging technologies and tools.Desired Qualifications:Deliver reproducible builds with a design emphasis on reusability, maintainability and efficiency.Ability to investigate and recommend best practices and process improvements.Detail oriented and able to debug complex errors.Ability to foster strong collaboration among team members and multitask effectively.Agile MethodologyMicroservices FrameworksRules engineKafka Experience working in a regulated financial institutionSkills:Application DevelopmentAutomationCollaborationDevOps PracticesSolution DesignAgile PracticesArchitectureResult OrientationSolution Delivery ProcessUser Experience DesignAnalytical ThinkingData ManagementRisk ManagementTechnical Strategy DevelopmentTest EngineeringMinimum Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.Shift: 1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week: 40Pay Transparency detailsUS - WA - Seattle - 401 Union St - Rainier Square (WA1510)Pay and benefits informationPay range$88,800.00 - $145,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.Discretionary incentive eligibleThis role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
