The Project Manager will be responsible for leading commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of construction processes, budgeting, and client relations.
  • Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
  • Oversee procurement, subcontractor performance, and quality control.
  • Identify and resolve project challenges proactively.

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
  • Experience managing ground-up and/or renovation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
