  • Develop, implement, and monitor industrial processes and manufacturing systems.
  • Apply continuous improvement methods to enhance manufacturing quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements.
  • Identify and implement safety measures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Participate in product development, providing manufacturing feasibility insights.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for manufacturing operations.
  • Optimize resource allocation, workflow, and machine capacity to increase efficiency.
  • Prepare reports and documentation related to manufacturing processes and improvements.

  • 3+ years' experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
  • A strong understanding of industrial and manufacturing processes - ideally heat treating, grinding, or metal casting/foundry.
  • Proven experience in process improvement and optimization.
  • Excellent technical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working in CAD/SolidWorks to design custom tooling/fixtures
  • Proven ability to maintain Quality standards - experience with Root Cause Analysis.
  • Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
  • An ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in the manufacturing sector.

  • A salary range of $80,000 - $110,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
