
LOGISTICS/TRANS FLEET LICENSE & REGISTRATION SPECIALIST

- Monitor and maintain central database to track fleet licensures, registrations, inspections, toll charges, and fuel tax data
- Develop and maintain secure storage for Vehicle Titles and audit regularly for completeness
- Coordinate with Corporate Supply Chain Safety team to determine best process for ensuring that all annual insurance packets are complete and in the company's fleet of tractors
- Develop and maintain controls and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies
- Manage Fuel Tax program (IFTA) to include filing for on-highway fuel tax credits for fuel used off road (Reefers & Yard Tractors)
- Track and analyze all toll charges, work with Tolling services to ensure toll charges against our plates/fleet are accurate, pay and distribute charges by site
- Maintain annual Unified Carrier Registration and Biennial USDOT updates for DOT compliance
- Ensure USDOT records are in compliance and update as needed
- Monitor, analyze, and pay all charges associated with HUT (Highway Use Tax)

- High School Diploma or GED
- Any previous experience in the oversight of fleet registration, vehicle titles, fuel tax credits
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to write routine reports/correspondence
- Ability and willingness to learn maintenance systems
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Customer service skills
- Basic computer skillsDesired
