Corpay is currently looking to hire a Supervisor, Account Management within our Comdata division. This position falls under our NA Fuel line of business and is located in Nashville, TN. In this role, you will lead and support a team of Account Managers, ensuring client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and team development. You will report directly to the Senior Manager of Operations and regularly collaborate with Sales, Product Development, and Customer Support.How We Work
As a Supervisor, Account Management, you will be expected to work in an office environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Leading and guiding Account Managers to ensure performance and development
- Conducting team meetings and performance reviews
- Managing escalations and resolving complex client issues
- Overseeing account portfolios to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Monitoring team productivity and quality
- Analyzing performance data and identifying improvement opportunities
- Enhancing processes for operational efficiency
- Coaching and developing team members
- Collaborating cross-functionally to support client needs
- Driving innovation and process improvements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in call center or customer service roles
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership position
- At least 2+ years as an Account Management overseeing book of business
- Proven experience in account or relationship management
- High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
