  • Lead development of software applications for grid simulation and optimization.
  • Collaborate with product teams to design scalable, high-performance solutions.
  • Translate system requirements into technical designs and prototypes.
  • Apply numerical analysis and optimization techniques to power system models.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to clean coding principles.
  • Improve application performance and security across platforms.
  • Mentor team members and contribute to continuous learning.
  • Participate in agile planning, retrospectives, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background
  • More than 8 years of professional experience in software development.
  • Experience in the .NET technology stack, including C#.
  • Proficiency in C++ and familiarity with Fortran is a plus.
  • Experience with relational databases such as Oracle or PostgreSQL.
  • Strong understanding of unit and integration testing frameworks.
  • Knowledge of performance and security aspects of software products.
  • Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
