The right individual for this role will need strong attention to detail and be able to manage multiple interruptions in a day without loss of focus. This person must be able to set appropriate expectations and meet deadlines provided to customers. Coordinators are there to follow-up on all large orders for our customers until completion.What Makes This a Great Opportunity?
In this role, you will build strong relationships with both internal and external customers, enabling proactive problem-solving and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The coordinator serves as a key point of communication, ensuring transparency, preventing unexpected issues, and delivering on commitments with consistency and reliability. To ensure your success, we offer an immersive, in-office training program (Monday–Friday). After training, you'll enjoy a hybrid work schedule with the flexibility to work remote on Mondays and Fridays.Here’s a General Overview of What You’ll Be Doing:
- Answer emails in a timely manner from both internal and external customers
- Get ship dates on all portions of orders and follow up to ensure the ship dates are met
- Contact customers to find out delivery requirements
- Think ahead as to what might need to happen on orders
- Answer phones when clients or internal customers call
- 5 years in a customer service and/or project manager role
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Must have proven experience working efficiently in Microsoft Office 365 which includes Outlook, Word and Excel
- Demonstrated problem solving experience in exceeding customer's expectations
- A can-do, optimistic attitude when communicating with customers and team members
- Experience managing multiple projects and timely turnaround in resolution
- Must also demonstrate impeccable business communication skills both written and verbal
