This position is ideal for candidates with fine motor skills, mechanical aptitude, and a strong work ethic. As an Assembly Operator, you will play a key role in building small, precise components using specialized tools in a cleanroom or cell-based environment.Key Responsibilities:Assemble small parts and components using hand tools, microscopes, and soldering equipmentPerform detailed inspection, calibration, and testing of products to ensure quality standardsRead and follow blueprints, diagrams, and method sheets to complete assembly tasksLabel and package finished products accurately and efficientlyMove materials, parts, and products within the warehouse and production areaMaintain clean, organized, and safe workstations in compliance with company protocolsIdentify and report defective materials or questionable conditions to supervisorsAssist with general production tasks and other duties as assignedQualifications:Ability to follow written and verbal instructions preciselyMust be able to read, write, and speak basic English for safety and training purposesStrong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills for repetitive tasksComfortable working with microscopes and in high-detail environmentsAble to lift to 30 lbs. and stand for up to 10 hours on concrete floorsExperience using hand tools and small power tools preferredTeam-oriented with the ability to work independently in a loud, fast-paced settingMust pass a client-specific background checkBenefits of Working with Adecco:Weekly payOptional overtime opportunitiesAccess to a range of benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverageOpportunities for long-term employment and career growthAdecco is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
