IT Technical Specialist/Desktop Support SpecialistLocation: Raleigh, NCDuration: 12 Months OnsiteWe are seeking a dynamic Desktop Support Specialist to join our Client Services Team. This role involves evaluating IT-related incidents and service desk tickets, prioritizing and providing effective solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction and organizational success.
  • Must have experience with various computer hardware, mobile devices, software, peripherals, and networking protocols.
  • Must have experience in installing and imaging new computers and loading appropriate software.
  • Must have experience in installing local and network printers and other peripherals.
  • Must have experience in migrating data and user profiles.
  • Must have experience in documenting processes and procedures related to technical support activities.
  • Must demonstrate knowledge and working experience with the ServiceNow call tracking system.
Responsibilities include maintaining positive customer relationships, mentoring teammates, and resolving issues with urgency. You will also collaborate with Data Center Operations and application development teams to address technical issues and work with network infrastructure teams to resolve network hardware issues.This role requires project management skills to lead projects and the creation and maintenance of documentation for operational standards. You will also be responsible for implementing IT Security policies to protect data.
