• Lead structural projects across industries, ensuring engineering integrity, code compliance, on-time delivery, and budget control
• Manage teams of engineers and professionals, coordinate across disciplines
• Oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and quality assurance
• Serve as main client liaison; provide updates, resolve issues, and develop long-term relationships
• Guide engineering analysis, drawing review, and site inspections
• Support business development through proposals and industry engagement
• Participate in firm leadership and influence staff development

• BS in Structural Engineering (ABET-accredited)
• 7+ years in Industrial/Commercial building design
• Proven project management and leadership experience
• Knowledge of construction practices and regulations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• PE license or ability to obtain shortly after hire
