Ordering, storing, preparing and serving meals for up to 20 residents in an Assisted Living Facility. Candidate will be responsible for all aspects of managing the dietary department. Must have at least 5 years of management experience and have successfully passed the Food Safety Manager's Class. Salary ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour based on a 40 hour work week.
