- Prepare monthly reports (including minutes) for committee, management, and board meetings.
- Assist in scheduling and preparation for committee, management, and board meetings.
- Create and distribute inter-office memos and reports on behalf of the executive management unit.
- Assist executive management in the follow-up of tasks as assigned to other staff.
- File miscellaneous materials for the executive management unit.
- Provide internal sales support to the Financial Services Department.
- Provide excellent member service to credit union members and guests.
- Multi-task and receive and complete work through a variety of channels, including online, telephone, in-person, mail, fax, etc.
- Attention to detail in completing reports, projects, etc. in an accurate and timely manner.
- Analyze, audit, and report on personal bankers' pending lending applications and new account opening and onboarding (follow-up).
- Audit, input, and process new member welcome packets and onboarding campaigns.
- Audit, input, and process loan applications (such as indirect vehicle loans, auto loan recapture, etc.), checklists, etc.
- Prepare and deliver Truth-in-Lending initial disclosures, Adverse Action Notices, withdrawn loan surveys, thank you notes, follow-up letters, etc.
- Assist with the coordination of the Internet sales channels (online applications) by monitoring the application queue, assign applications, review third-party reports, process applications, and audit and report on such.
- Knowledge of First Northern's consumer/personal banking deposit and loan products and services.
- Basic understanding of First Northern's credit union operations
- Refer members to personal bankers for new products and services.
- Assist other management as time permits or as instructed by the executive managers.
- Administrative, clerical and data entry, filing, mailing, scanning, and other duties as assigned.

- Solid communication skills are required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
- High school diploma (or the equivalent)
