They gather and analyze client requirements, test and implement configurations and enhancements, and facilitate collaborative processes that drive successful project outcomes.   • Gather and document client configuration and process requirements.
  • Test upgrades, enhancements, configuration changes, and code fixes.
  • Develop detailed internal test plans and schedules.
  • Conduct internal and external project meetings and provide updates to the project team.
  • Collaborate with other project team members and organizational entities to identify and monitor issues, impacts, and dependencies.
  • Prepare and conduct informal and formal presentations.
  • Contribute to the change management process.
  • Attend daily testing sessions with clients during implementations.
What you will need to have:
  • 6+ years of experience in gathering and documenting client requirements.
  • 6+ years of experience in testing software upgrades, enhancements, configuration changes, and code fixes.
  • 6+ years of experience developing detailed internal test plans and schedules.
  • 6+ years of experience conducting internal and external project meetings.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and/or equivalent military experience.
  • Ability to travel 10% to client sites.
What would be great to have:
  • 6+ years of experience in project management using Agile methodologies.
  • 6+ years of experience in a client-facing role within the financial technology industry.
  • 6+ years of experience with data mapping and migration processes.
  • 6+ years of experience with change management processes.
  • Recognized certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).

  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
