
Implementation Consultant, Advisory

- Gather and document client configuration and process requirements.
- Test upgrades, enhancements, configuration changes, and code fixes.
- Develop detailed internal test plans and schedules.
- Conduct internal and external project meetings and provide updates to the project team.
- Collaborate with other project team members and organizational entities to identify and monitor issues, impacts, and dependencies.
- Prepare and conduct informal and formal presentations.
- Contribute to the change management process.
- Attend daily testing sessions with clients during implementations.
- 6+ years of experience in gathering and documenting client requirements.
- 6+ years of experience in testing software upgrades, enhancements, configuration changes, and code fixes.
- 6+ years of experience developing detailed internal test plans and schedules.
- 6+ years of experience conducting internal and external project meetings.
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and/or equivalent military experience.
- Ability to travel 10% to client sites.
- 6+ years of experience in project management using Agile methodologies.
- 6+ years of experience in a client-facing role within the financial technology industry.
- 6+ years of experience with data mapping and migration processes.
- 6+ years of experience with change management processes.
- Recognized certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).

- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
